[Timo makes a quiet noise, before wrapping his arms around Björn and squeezing him in. He appreciates that.] Thanks, Nalle.

[But then he's smiling again, moment of homesickness gone for now.] I'll try not to bother you too much though!

"That's okay, neither are these." Jack grins as he wiggles his bare toes at Björn. But as he puts his foot back down the snow under his feet turns to ice, thick and solid and smooth, perfect for skating along. With his staff as well, Jack reckons they should at least be fairly even. Or at least, as even as a boy can be when racing Jack Frost in the snow. He could probably form ice skis if he wanted to, but he's never tried it before, and he's confident like this. If he did that, he'd have to learn to ski as well!

He puts an arms reach between them so that his ice doesn't get in the way of Björn's skis and stretches his back, staff holding him in place on the newly formed ice under his feet. "Ready?" He asks, grinning. It's been a long time since he raced someone who could race back.

Björn throws a questioning glance at the bare feet and the ice, trying to estimate the speed of the other but falling short because so many variables are lacking. He finally settles for just nodding.

It is odd - Jack feels like he's known him for a long time somehow, and at the same time like someone whom he... should not know. And then the thing about not having seen him until he knew that he was there... if he can, he might ask later.

But now they will race, and he will shortly nod towards his opponent. "Go!" And then use the disadvantagous traditional-and-not-skating skies to gain as much speed as possible.

Even when I spill coffee on you? [He grins, even though he still feels bad about that. He'll keep an eye on it over the next couple of days, though.]

[Nodding. That coffee was unfortunate, but that doesn't mean that Timo as a person is bothering here.

......................also that is just too cute. That grin. Stop being so cute, how is he supposed to function like this... Okay just let him reach out and tousle Timo's hair a bit before turning on his heel and marching towards the exit, having memorized how he got here so he'll get back easily.]

Hey! [Timo squeaks, partially from a little tremor of fear and partly because that's his hair and now it's a mess. Not that he's like Vilmar and bothers to do much more with it than brush it, but it was neat before and now he'll have to finger comb it as he runs after Björn. Since his legs are longer than Timo's, he'll have to trot to keep up with him, but he trusts Björn to lead them out of the maze, not paying attention to where they're going.] How did you learn the maze so quickly anyway? It took me ages to find you.

[Björn shrugs; his orientation works very strongly with maps, he draws mental maps of places almost instantly - maybe it is because of his bad vision: Without his glasses, he is unable to spot any landmarks, so he needs to be able to basically walk a place blindly if needed, and from nightly trips around new homes and holiday rooms it came to this...
