I lean towards invite only/word of mouth - but like, anybody currently in the thingy can invite somebody, kind of thing. I could also see this changing in the future, but at least to start I would do it this way.

However I also feel like if somebody stumbles upon this on their own, there's no reason why they should be excluded. I just wouldn't openly advertise like on ATP or something.
