At least, being nations, they can be fairly sure that the shoulder won't get infected, and it is better to not be able to use it for a few days than for a month or longer, but this still will be a hassle.

....Not as much as if he was a farmer, at least. Then being unable to do physical work with his arm would be more of a problem. As it is, he will just have to sit back and get more to planning and visiting tasks for a while.
