1. You are a kid! Maybe you are a toddler in nursery or already in pre-school, or anywhere in between, but you are a kid who comes here more or less regularly, interacts with other kids and the teachers and the nurse and is dropped off in the morning and picked up sometime later during the day.
2. You are an adult! Maybe you are a teacher, or doing an internship, or you are a parent or older sibling picking up their kid, or the nurse or whatever an adult would do in such a place...
...of course you can change which one your muse is depending on whom they thread with.

And as for scenarios - you can of course do whatever you want, but a few ideas:
I. The first day in kindregarten. Being left behind by mommy or daddy, encountering new friends, so many things to discover...
II. Nap time! Maybe you just need to tell your friend this story before falling asleep. Or your teddy has gotten lost. And as for adults, oftentimes the parents will be present for the first few days of nursery to ease their child into things. Don't glare too many daggers at that other parents who is easing their child into the situation at the same time, you might make a child cry... Cuddling with their child is a much nicer option, yes?
III. Playground! Maybe you build a sandcastle together, or maybe you kick each others sandcastle down, who knows? Or maybe you are in the crafts room, or in the dolls corner, or you are having a class...
IV. Uh oh. Something isn't going too smoothly, and you have to mend things with another child or explain yourself to a teacher or maybe discuss a case with another staff member, or even call in the parents...
V. Field trip! Or maybe it is some holiday, or a birthday/conception day is happening in your group, or or or...

Okay then, but not to the top or your Ada is gonna get mad at me, and we wouldn't want that, now would we?

[The tree isn't too far away, so she starts walking to it]

[treehugging]

[Clings to her.]

...Ada's always mad.

[sylvanguard]

That's not true. HE smiles when he sees you... [small>[Sometimes.]

You know he loves you very much.

[treehugging]

[He nods.]

I know. He's just not happy anymore.

[sylvanguard]

I'm sure you'll make him happy. Don't worry!
[She doesn't want to upset the prince any further. so she changes the subject to being about the tree they are about to climb.]

What kind of tree is it Legolas?

[treehugging]

[Excitedly.]

Grandfather-tree!

[AKA beech tree.]

[sylvanguard]

[She laughs and nods,]

Climbing it won't be easy, remember the bark is slippery. You ready for a boost up?

[treehugging]

[He nods enthusiastically and reaches out to get ready to grab a branch.]

[sylvanguard]

[She supports his foot with her hand, watching carefully as he begins to climb. As soon as he was far enough up it, she would spring up into the tree after him.]

[treehugging]

[He makes a jump for it, grabs a branch and with his strong Elven limbs begins to climb... perhaps a bit too eagerly, but he's having fun.]

[sylvanguard]

[And up he goes! she is careful to only boost him a little bit so that it won't be unexpected. Once he has started climbing, she will quickly follow.]

[treehugging]

[He's much shorter and younger, so his climbing ability is certainly less than hers, but also impressive for his age. There's a slippery bit of bark under one of his feet though, and he struggles to take a hold in it. Thankfully, he has no problem just hanging there by a branch while he finds his way.]

[sylvanguard]

[She starts a little worried for his safety, but only to catch him if he should fall. As an elf, especially one who lived so close to nature, it was up to him to find his way and to learn to move within the forest.

It was after all important that the prince build confidence in himself.]

You can do it Legolas, I have faith in you.

[she holds off on starting to climb, to make sure he can get up there.]

[treehugging]

[With a look of determination, Legolas finally finds a foothold on a knot and pushes himself up to the next branch. Please with himself, he giggles, then looks down at Tauriel with a grin.]

[sylvanguard]

[Tauriel jumps up grabbing a branch and pulls herself up, climbing deftly up.] Doing well Legolas. Let's go higher!

[treehugging]

Higher!

[He agrees, laughing, and making his way upwards. Another tree limb, another foothold to find, sometimes he hugged a branch, nearly horizontal to wrap his legs around it. Then he's reached the thick leaves of the canopy, and pleased with himself, he looks down at Tauriel with a grin... only to have it fade quickly. He clings to the branch he's holding tightly.]

...We are very high!
