But a few nations are still around. And maybe those nations still being around can be taken a little more literally than we thought...

This is a meme for characters from Stand Still. Stay Silent, Hetalia, Nyotalia, Scandinavia and the World and really any Nordic (and Estonian) character is welcome! Just post in and tag out!

[Still grinning, Finland offers her a hand up.] Come on, then, I'll make sure you don't fall, and then h can't worry!

[She lets him pull her to her feet and follows him, though.]

Not really! Well, Sve might worry, but what he doesn't know won't hurt him! Besides, he knows that I can look after myself.

[Sve? The only name that she can think of that would line up with that is Norwegian, so that is curious, but she offers her hand for a shake anyway because Timo seems like a great guy.]

I'm Tuuri. [And she can't really stop herself but...] What is "Sve"'s full name? It doesn't sound Finnish. [She knows of no Swedes or Norwegians or anyone else who permanently stays in Keuruu, though.]

Uh. [Whoops. Good job, Finland.] It's Björn, actually. It's a long story. He's... he's from Sweden. [Don't say that he's Sweden, that'll make even more questions.

He's hoping that their path might distract her as he pulls her onto an even less used path. At the end, a tree is growing up against one of the houses, an easy way up.] Here we go!

[She is up there in a heartbeat and then grins at him expectantly once he is up there as well.]

[The footholds are familiar to Finland, and he waits until he's sure she's safe before he follows. He brushes the snow off the roof, and then settles down, all the while thinking of how to reply.]

Uh. Well. I guess you could say he's my counterpoint over there. We meet a lot to make sure we're all working along the same lines and compare notes. And he's Swedish, so... It's not really much of a story! [Well. it's not entirely lying?]

What are you working to have a direct Swedish counterpoint?

[Maybe there are more openings in that line of work, if it gets Timo to work with a Swede a lot it sounds a lot more interesting than what she's doing.]
